G&G Sound and Light requires a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve an event date. The 75% balance is due one week before the event. Failure to pay the 75% balance by the due date shall be deemed an event cancellation. Invoices and payment links will be sent via email through Stripe for payment by credit or debit card. Cancelation within 7-3 days before event will be refunded 1/2 the 75% balance via Stripe to the card used for payment. No refunds will be given within 72 hours of scheduled event for cancellation.
G&G Sound and Light does not play vulgar or racist music, and reserves the right to cut off equipment to avoid that. Clients who violate this policy with microphones will be considered to have canceled the event.
G&G Sound and Light does not serve political events of any type.
G&G Sound and Light reserves the right to decline events and weddings it deems controversial, without explanation, or with low quality requests. Declined events will be referred to our competition to assist event organizers.
